Wholesale Policy

So you'd like to stock some of our item in your store? That's fantastic! By placing a wholesale order you agree to abide by all terms presented in this wholesale policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that does not comply.

Order Minimums

First Order minimum: $100 USD

Re-order minimum: $75 USD

Payments

All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted forms of payment. All payment must be made upfront before orders are fulfilled.

Processing Times

For in-stock items it will take 3-5 days for orders to ship and for out-of-stock items the estimated processing time is 1-2 months.

Cancellations

If you’d like to request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of your order placement. Generally, if your order has not been processed we are able to cancel for you.

Item Pricing & Labeling

Items ordered must be sold at MSRP and retain all original branding and may not be sold under any other name.

Item Packaging

Item packaging may vary depending on item type and packaging availability. All orders will come with protective packaging.

Enamel Pins	Individually packaged in poly bags with branded backing cards
Stickers	No individual packaging, branded stamp on backside

Shipping

Orders will be shipped via USPS from California, USA. Shipping estimates will be provided based on order size, item type, and destination.

Lost/Damaged Orders

All items are checked for quality before shipment, please inspect your order within 5 days of receiving to discuss any concerns that you may have. Any inquiries beyond this window will not be considered. We are not responsible for any errors by the postal service (lost orders, incorrect delivery address, etc...)

Returns 

Please use the contact form to start a return inquiry.

Any items in original undamaged condition may be returned; a 15% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping will be at the buyer's cost and refund will be issued once items have been received and checked.
